Practicing acceptance and forgiveness

Life always has its ups and down. Sometimes it’s so easy to try (unconsciously) bypassing especially when life goes down. I recently realized it, through one of my coaching sessions with my life coach (yes, I am a Life Coach, but I also have a life coach 😁). Turned out there is an area in my life where I have been bypassing my real feelings, not wanting to acknowledge and resisting them.

I knew that once I can finally fully accept what is in the present, I can move forward from the place of love, with a sense of inner peace.

Let’s gracefully bring love, acceptance, and forgiveness to ourselves and what we are experiencing in our life rather than resisting it. Whatever is present to us at the moment is perfect for us, to heal and grow in our journey.

But the real question here is, how to bring more love, acceptance, and forgiveness to our life?

On the 23rd of October 2022, I was invited to be a guest facilitator in this beautiful community called The Light Warrior Collective by my beautiful friend and founder of the community Inken Stolley.

The Light Warrior Collective is a global community of growth-minded souls that meet weekly to create a safe space for connection, empowerment, and unconditional love. Their mission is to create events and content that help people awaken, be inspired, find inner-healing, and personal power.

In this session, I guided a series of practices consisting of journaling, meditation, and Qigong to help us to bring love, acceptance and forgiveness.
