I had a really nice lunch with a very good of mine. The food was amazing, and not just that, I just really enjoyed our time together re-connecting. The last time we met was just before the pandemic, and it’s really just nice to be able to see each other again.
So, we really had a good time catching up. We shared so many things, from family to work.. and everything in between. I’m so inspired of what she’s up to. She is one of the most kind-hearted person I know, and she’s just really amazing in her business and career.
I told her that now I’m a life & executive coach, and it’s just so nice to be able to share her what am I doing now and how much I love it..
At some point, we came to a discussion about what is actually my coaching method? what framework do I use in my coaching practice? Is it standardized and how is it different from other coaches?
Well, I don’t have a specific method or framework because every person is unique and in a different stage of their lives. But as I coach myself, I work based on these two premises:
1) I believe every single person in the world is strong and powerful, and they have everything they need to transform their lives.
2) My job is to help my clients connect with their own wisdom and internal guidance to find answers from within.
*And when needed, only when needed, I will share some of the tools or framework than might be useful to achieve that.
It is simple, and most importantly, it gives the power back to your hands.
