Hello, my name is Tri Nuraini. I am an Executive & Business Coach, Author, and also Speaker on personal growth. I started my coaching career as a Life Coach, but now I focus on my role as an Executive & Business Coach.
My 12-year leadership experience working in various FMCG companies, technology startups, and eventually as a Head of Marketing at a biotechnology company before transitioning to a full-time coach, has drawn a diverse range of clients from executive circles. I have coached and continue to coach purpose-driven leaders; from senior managers, C-levels, entrepreneurs, and startup founders since then.
I get them. I was in their shoes once (and I actually still do ;).
Challenges and growth

Leaders encounter various challenges. From handling work or business, leadership and managing teams, managing stress and work pressures, maintaining optimum health, to balancing relationships with partners or family.
These challenges often lead to prolonged stress, burnout, and anxiety, which can happen from time to time.
I discovered many stories about how challenging it is to find fulfillment in both work and personal life at the same time. Additionally, there is also a sense of being unable to fully tap into their own potential.
And we also know..
Most successful leaders have had to overcome shattering failures at some point in their journey to achieve big breakthroughs.
Whether working in the organization, building businesses, finishing big projects ~ while creating the life you are most excited about, it’s not an overnight success.
And here’s the secret formula that people rarely talk about…
Successful individuals don’t get to where they want to go alone
Developing determination, persistence, focus, discipline, and all the other qualities needed to succeed is never in complete isolation.
The key is to know that support is needed and are not afraid to ask for it.
Support can be from family, friends, or mentors, but also from professional coaches, and in this context, Executive Coaches.
So, what is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching specializes in coaching executives, high-level managers, entrepreneurs, or startup founders to increase their performance. It focuses on reaching their personal goals and potential to create better career or business outcomes for the organization.
Additionally, I believe that a leader or executive should not only find success and fulfillment in their professional life but also in all areas of their life, including personal life. That’s where my role as an Executive Coach can also be helpful.
So, an Executive Coach is a professional who is trained to assist executives, which are individuals in leadership roles such to achieve their personal and professional goals, optimizing the potential.
Coaching is the fastest and most effective form of leadership and personal development because it focuses entirely on an individual’s goals, strengths, and overcoming challenges.
And for me personally, my mission as an Executive Coach is..
I help purpose-driven leaders to thrive in success, navigate challenges with grace, and create extraordinary result and impact.
Coaching can benefit leaders in many ways, including:
- Managing stress and resolving conflicts more effectively
- Improving leadership and productivity at work
- Achieving a balance between professional and personal life
- Improving self-confidence and fulfillment
- Assisting in career development or transition
From the company perspective, they can also enjoy the benefits:
- Improved business performance
- Improved motivation and engagement between management and the team
- Encourage creativity, empowerment, sense of belonging within the organization
- Improved performance for teams and individuals
- Increased efficiency to be more agile and collaborative
- Help achieve effective implementation of organizational change
So, it’s a win-win for both!
Do you need an Executive Coach?

If you can relate to what I’ve been sharing, the answer is YES. I want to help you develop the right mindset and heart-set, and strategies necessary for success in your professional role while also not neglecting your overall well-being in all areas of your life.
As an Executive Coach, I will assist you in discovering your strengths and also areas where you can improve in your professional and personal development. This might also include empathy, communication, team-building, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring, and leadership skills.
And the same principle with life-coaching,
You are powerful and beautiful, and you have everything you need to transform your life and business.
All you need is to connect with your own wisdom and inner strength.
And I will be with you every step of the way.
How does coaching work?
Generally, the coaching process occurs in a constructive conversation between the coach and the client.
During our coaching session, I am here to actively listen to you and ask powerful questions. These questions will support you in reflecting deeply about yourself such as gaining clarity of your goals or purposes, understanding your challenges, and guiding you to discover insight and solutions.
I will also support you by offering some practical tools and strategies to support you in achieving your visions, whenever necessary. And we will regularly check on your progress, and most importantly, celebrate every milestone!
As we can trust the process, I believe together we can achieve the best results in each coaching session.
What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?

A coach has a slightly different role. On many occasions, a coach can take up a mentor or consultant role when needed.
In general, a mentoring session provides answers to needs or questions from clients regarding a specific topic or area based on the mentor’s expertise.
Transformation is a process.
Coaching is not just about the coach’s experience and knowledge. While rich discussions might arise, the coach mainly focuses on listening without passing judgment, asking questions to help the client reflect, and providing space for insight to come. It’s about perspective, bringing the best out of individual.
When your perspective change, your world change.
What if I want to work with an Executive Coach?
For individual coaching, we begin with a consultation session to see if we are a good fit for each other.
In this session, we will assess your goals, and you’ll get to experience my coaching approach. Please book a schedule here for a consultation. And if we are a match, I usually offer a coaching program tailored to your needs. My executive coaching program starts from 6 to 12 months.
Do coaching sessions have to be in-person or can they be online?
Some of my clients prefer to meet in person but many also prefer online sessions via Zoom because of time and location constraints.
Either way, depending on your preference, both work just fine!
