Being an entrepreneur myself is indeed very fulfilling, I love the journey of growing my business. However, as you may expect the journey is not always easy.
I found myself in the dark for about five months consecutively this year. And not just the business was challenging, but my health too.. I struggled with ongoing flu and cough from time to time. Fortunately, towards the end of this year, I finally saw the lights at the end of the tunnel..
My business started to recover and I regained back my health. Today I reflect on how did I navigate this phase of my journey with more love and grace. Here’s what I learned..
Keeping faith
First and foremost, I remind myself that all is well. I ground myself back to my purpose in building this business of helping others. I’m here to serve.
I find my alignment and maintain this sense of knowingness that I’m in the right path. Prayer or meditation also helps a lot in the process. I remain calm and focused.
I remember what Regan Hyler said, success is 80% inner game and 20% actions. Most people get it the other way around.
Commitment
I realized that every entrepreneur journey is unique, and what I’m experiencing is just one phase in this journey. It brings such a relief knowing that I’m fully committed in this for the long haul.
When I think about how I see myself still doing this for the next 5 or even 25 years more, all my challenges seem so little. What I need to do is to continue showing up every day. I have time. π
Getting support
There’s nothing like being surrounded by people who love and support you throughout the journey. Not only my family or friends, having a life coach and a health coach myself have been helping me so much in going through challenging times.
By regularly checking in with them, I maintain the right mindset and not lose sight of my goals and visions.
Being more mindful
It’s so easy to get panicked and consume all the information out there that you’d think would help you a lot in the process. However, at the same time, it can also be really overwhelming.
I did the opposite, I refrained myself from taking in too much input. I focus more on listening to myself and additionally, one source that I’ve been trusting to get all the information and encouragement I need to grow my coaching business.

Fast forward to today, I’m grateful to be where I am at in the present. It’s interesting to see how relaxed and calm I was in difficult time (kind of new, hehe..). I feel good, and that what’s really matter.
I love this journey and I know there will be more challenging times in the future. And that’s okay. π
I open my heart to the unknown.
All is well.
