Last week was definitely unforgettable!
Not just it was Eid celebration week, it was also the Rich Litvin Intensive week—a group coaching program by a master coach I enrolled in. My days were filled mostly with family gatherings, and my nights were dedicated to joining live online calls for the program.
During the intensive, I learned so much about the importance of being courageous. Here are some nuggets and key takeaways:
- Courage comes from the from old French “corage“, from Latin “cor” means “heart”. Being courageous means following your heart.
- Courage is not about getting rid of our fears, it’s about taking action despite our fears.
- It’s okay to have fears. It is simply letting us know what we really desire in life.
- You can have (almost) anything you have ever desired if you embrace courage with you.
- Beyond courage, is growth, fulfillment and happiness.

Throughout the week, I exercised my courage muscles as suggested by Rich, and it was truly mind-blowing! One conversation at a time, I successfully enrolled four clients for my upcoming coaching program, I also got referrals from my clients. What’s even better is that I felt like I did it effortlessly, with love and a spirit of service guiding me.
I feel happy and excited.
I want to live more courageously.

So, here is one question for you to reflect this week:
Despite your fears, how can you be more courageous this week? what would you do?
You can answer it in mind, or write down in your journal. Try not to overthink it, and just let your heart guide you.
If you feel called, you’re welcome to share it with me.
.
My wish for you is that you live your life more joyfully and courageously.
You are meant to thrive. ❤️✨

With love,
Tri
