Ah, it’s Monday again…
This morning I asked my clients about how is their energy level today. You know, your life batteries. I thought I wanted to check-in with you too…
So let me ask you, how is your energy level today?

If you feel yellow or red low, pause a moment.
Take a deep breath… and count,
1…
2…
3…
and then ask yourself, “how can I fill up my energy today, and for the rest of the week?” 🔋
A simple pause can make a massive difference.

I realized it’s so helpful to keep ourselves in check from time to time. By catching ourselves regularly, we can navigate our lives with more grace, and vitality.
As for me, this morning I felt a bit low and fatigue, I decided to walk barefoot outside and did my Qi Gong practice for a bit. I left feeling more energized and ready to start the day!
So, here are some simple ideas to help you fill up your energy today if you feel low:
- Get some natural lights, even if it is only for few minutes
- Grounding, walk barefoot in the ground – connect with mother earth
- Get a good quality sleep – maybe take a 30 minutes power nap today
- Get moving – even a simple like taking the stairs or walking a bit further from the parking lot
- Get hydrated – add a pinch of Himalayan salt to your water if you feel dehydrated
- Do a quick 5 minutes meditation – or, listen to relaxing music and close your eyes
- Or, listen to an upbeat music! 🎧
- Wash your face with cold water
- Dress well – never underestimate the power of good look!
- Instead of scrolling social media, text someone, and say, “Good morning – I wish you a beautiful day!”
