What do you want to STOP today?

Life can feel overwhelming.

As we go through life, we have might realized there are things in our life that don’t serve us anymore. It could be old habits, negative way of thinking, or activities that don’t bring us joy (sometimes, draining even).

So this week, my invitation for you is to take a look at your life a bit closer, and reflect on these questions..

It could be anything. Maybe it’s mindless scrolling before bed, maybe it’s that big personal project that you are working on, maybe it’s a negative thought that you keep playing in your head and holding you back like “I’m not good enough”.

An awareness and simple decision can help us to create the life that we always wanted.

One step at a time.

As for me, I decided to postpone my book writing project and focus on what matters the most for me now, coaching and growing my coaching business. I know I will come back to it when I’m ready. And now, I feel so much better and finally have the space I need to really focus on what’s important. 😌
