On September 10th, 2024 I had the privilege of facilitating the “Finding Your North Star: From Passion to Purpose” workshop at PT Astra International, Tbk, Jakarta. It was an incredible experience to work with a group of dedicated Human Capital employees from Astra International and its subsidiaries, helping them discover their passions and align them with their professional goals.
The workshop began with a lively practice about re-discovering passion – something that we always have. We explored finding our passion within and how aligning our work with our passions can lead to increased motivation, fulfillment, and overall job satisfaction. Participants shared their personal stories and experiences, creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.
Next, I introduced the 3MIQ framework, a powerful tool for understanding life purpose. The 3MIQ, which stands for “3 Most Important Questions,” guided participants to reflect on their desires, growth aspirations, and contributions to the world. Through a series of interactive exercises, participants gained deeper insights into their values, beliefs, and goals.
As the workshop progressed, I was inspired to witness the transformation taking place. Participants became more engaged, sharing their personal stories and insights with the group. I was particularly impressed by the depth of reflection and self-discovery that happened during the exercises.
At the conclusion of the workshop, they expressed gratitude for the opportunity to delve deeper into their personal and professional journeys. Many shared that they felt more inspired and motivated to pursue their goals. I was honored to have played a role in facilitating this transformative experience.
