Lately, my personal growth journey has been looking a little different. It’s not all about mindset courses, habit tracking, or productivity frameworks.
These days, I’ve been falling deeply in love with art—painting, history, philosophy, and even the rich meaning behind local heritage like batik. Every week, I’ve been using AI as a personal tutor to build my own art document and learn at my own pace.
I believe that art is one of the truest expressions of being human.
It grounds me whenever life feels overwhelming. And whether it’s classic or contemporary, there’s no single “right” way to view art, it’s simply about taking it in in a way that feels good to you.
Last night, after a long family gathering, I felt so tired and overwhelmed. I decided to put on my go-to pianist, Alexis Ffrench, and looked up this painting called Flaming June (1895) by Frederic Leighton, which I read about a few days ago.
You know what, I felt relieved right away..

I remember one of my favorite quotes that has really stuck with me lately:
“Every day one should at least hear one little song, read one good poem, see one fine painting and — if at all possible — speak a few sensible words.”
— Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Sometimes, personal growth is just allowing yourself to be surrounded by beauty.
And.. if you’re inspired to bring a little art into your day, here are three resources I love:
- Ask AI to be your art tutor: Prompt your favorite AI tool to teach you about a new genre, painting, music, art philosophy or history every week.
- Google Arts & Culture: Customize your weekly update for interactive, fun, and immersive art exploration from museums worldwide.
- DailyArt Magazine: Subscribe to their newsletter for a weekly dose of art history, stories, and masterpiece breakdowns right in your inbox.
If life feels a bit fast or overwhelming this week, I hope you give yourself permission to pause, listen to a favorite song or see a beautiful painting, and soak it in.
You are meant to thrive.
And if you ever need my support, I’m here for you.
I’ve got your back. ❤️
With love and gratitude,
Inuk
