TRI NURAINI

I am Tri Nuraini (also called Coach Inuk), an Executive & Business Coach based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In my coaching practice, I am known for my deep commitment to my clients’ journey; guiding them to navigate challenges with grace, and create the extraordinary. I have coached hundreds of people, over 700 hours spanning workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group coaching. 

My clients are purpose-driven leaders: executives, entrepreneurs, startup founders, coaches, to devoted parents ~ leaders by heart who are carving out a path toward their life vision, taking bold action, and willing to take risks in pursuit of success. I help them to achieve their vision and enhance their leadership, while also maintaining well-being in all areas of their lives. 

What people don’t know, for many years, I have struggled with burnout, depression, overthinking, insecurities, heartbreak and lost loved ones. I deep dive into personal growth to help myself in the process. The journey eventually became my gift in helping my clients to navigate challenges and thrive. I help them to see their greatness even when they lose sight of it. 

A committed leader myself, I have extensive experience in leadership positions in multiple companies for over 12 years, before I finally decided to fully embrace my life purpose by becoming a full-time coach in 2022. Throughout my career, I have been known for my dedication to work and leadership ability to inspire others in achieving goals.

Beyond coaching, I’m a published author, with “I’m Worthy” and “Self Love Journal” in Indonesian, and co-author of “Seeds of the Soul” and “Total Life Transformation” for international readers.

A marketing professional by training, I studied Marketing Management at Universitas Indonesia and pursued a master’s degree in Marketing Communication at the University of Birmingham UK. I’m very passionate in sharing my knowledge, currently I’m also teaching part-time at a private university in Jakarta. 

As a lifelong learner, I continuously work on my personal growth through various sources from coaching, books, to personal development platforms.

And not just that, I’m also embracing swing dancing, tennis, Qigong and playing piano as part of my growth journey, ones that make it even more joyful. 😃
