Today, I want to share you my values; how I show up in life, my way of being.
Life is much easier when I’m fully aware and understand my values. For example, when I was deciding to pivot my career to become a full-time coach, I asked myself whether this new venture aligned with my values. My values guide me in so many ways, from health, relationships to career and finance.
To remind you, values serve as guiding principles that shape our decisions, behaviors, and interactions with others. Our values provide a framework for defining what is meaningful and important to us, guiding us in living authentically and in alignment with our beliefs.
Here are my values and what they mean to me.
Love: I believe that love is the core of everything. I give and receive love whole heartedly. I serve from the place of love.
Connection: I love people, I love to connect with others on a deeper level. I thrive within good relationships. And that’s also why I really love what I do as a coach.
Freedom: I realized this later in life. I value freedom so much, I am at my happiest when I get to be myself authentically and do what I love in life however and whenever I want to.
Balance: I believe life is all about balance. I always strive for balance in life; doing and being, working and relaxing, giving and receiving, pretty much in all areas of my life.

So, what are your values? How your values guide you in life?
If you haven’t clearly defined your values, my invitation to you is to find one. Here is a simple practice you can do. I did this practice when I took my coaching certification:.
1) Take inventory out
Below you will find a list of words that generally be seen as a value. Highlight the ones that pop out for you. It could be be 5-10-20 words that may represent your value:

2) Categorize
Choose the values that resonate with you the most. Then divide them into categories.
From each group, choose the value that represents what you believe in the most.
3) Find your top 3 values
Now, find with your top 6 then compare them with each other. For example if you picked honesty and courage, choose only one. Honesty or courage? Pick one. Go across all the words you chose until you settle with the final three.
4) Reflect
Now ask yourself, am I actually living my values? how I can show up in my life that is more aligned with my values?
.
.
I hope you enjoyed the practice! Share with me your values if you feel called.
My wish for you is that you always remember to show up in a way that feels aligned with your being.
Life is meant to be great. ❤️✨

With love,
Tri
P.S. I’m taking few days off next week as it will be the first week of Ramadan. See you next 2 weeks!
