I want to share with you one of my favorite tools that I learned from one of my favorite coaches Rich Litvin called Manifesto.
Most of the time, we think about what do we want to do. We spend less time thinking about who do we want to be. I believe both are equally important.
Creating my personal manifesto has helped me think about what kind of person I want to become – the ideal version of myself, while not diminishing who I am now. It’s kind of my personal positive affirmations. I think it’s beautiful! ❤️
I started writing it last year and I’ve ben refining it since. Not all statement are true, many are still a work in progress – and that’s okay. I read it every morning, the more I speak it the more I become it. Remember neuroplasticity?
I just updated my manifesto in the new year, it looks something like this. I actually have shortened it a little bit for clarity in this article, but you get the idea! 🤓

So how can you make your own manifesto? Here’s my personal tips to help you to get started..
Step 1 – List all your positive qualities
You want to make your manifesto believable. Start by listing all the positive qualities you already possess.
Step 2 – List all your aspired qualities
Ask yourself, “who do I want to be?”. For example, I always think that I’m not confident and courageous enough, that’s why I put them both in my manifesto.
Step 3 – Design your manifesto
Now put them all together, refine as you wish, and read it out loud. Check in with yourself, make sure when you read it you feel inspired and empowered.
Pro tip: make your manifesto beautiful, design it in Canva or else, then print it out – keep it handy or next to your bed.
There you go, you’re all set! Don’t overthink it or try to make it perfect. It will evolve, mine keeps changing.
Let me ask you, who do you want to be?
Remember, you are meant to thrive, not just survive.
And if you ever need my support, I’m here for you.
Have a fantastic day! ✨

With love,
