We live in a world full of distractions. And hey, most of the time, it’s actually pretty useful, keeps us connected and entertained. But you know how it is – we can easily get overwhelmed, our senses overloaded. 😟
These past couple of weeks, I’ve been on a mission: to really listen more to myself. Not that crazy overthinking voice that jump in here and there, but that deeper inner guidance, that always lead me in the right direction. And it was hard.. My head was too noisy.
So, I did what I often tell my clients to do: I took a deep, grounding breath… 🧘🏽♀️
And in that breath, it hit me – I realized how overstimulated I was. It felt almost impossible to take my eyes away from the screen or to turn off the constant music in my ears. I didn’t realize how much I was needing quietness.
I decided to give myself permission to simply be in silence, even if it was just for a few moments each day..
- My meditation became a space of quietness, little to no music to guide me
- Folding laundry became a mindful practice, no TV or podcasts to fill the air
- Driving and morning walk became moments of quiet contemplation
I found myself opening up. I found the answer and ideas that I was looking for..

Ever wonder why those cool ideas pop into your head when you’re in the shower? Or taking a walk in nature? Or just…doing absolutely nothing?
It’s because our minds finally get a chance to relax. We create that space for inspiration and insight to come naturally.
So, my invitation for you this week..
Take a moment, even just a couple of minutes, to simply be. In silence.
My wish for you is that you create that open space for miracles to come in your life. ♥️
Remember, you are meant to thrive, not just survive.
And if you ever need my support, I’m here for you.
Have a spacious week! 🙏🏽

With love,
Inuk
