The Turning Point

At one point in my career, I was at the top of the game. I led a big team that I built from the ground up. I performed really well on my work, and I had the most solid team..

Until.. It wasn’t.

When I built the team, I didn’t have much self-awareness.

I thought I did the right thing, but I didn’t. I wasn’t a good leader, I was a people pleaser. I built my team on the wrong foundation.

Until it finally came back to me. I made a huge mistake (and so many mistakes), and my reputation collapsed overnight.

Suddenly, I became an enemy on my own team. Ongoing conflict for months, and in the end, one by one, they started to leave me..

I was in denial. I blamed them.

I got depressed for months..

And it became my turning point..

I started looking inside. At that moment, I realized I created that. I stopped blaming others and focused on myself, my personal growth.

I admit, it was my mistake. I wasn’t a good person.

I learned so much from that bitter experience. This brought me to my journey of healing and growing to this day..

And that’s pretty much the start of everything..

That same experience brought me here, to the person I am today: living in my own terms, doing things that I really love every day,  writing this story for you.. and becoming a better leader for myself and others.

I’m learning to be a better version of myself everyday.

I’m still the same, but also a very different person.  And I’m grateful for the lessons it brought to my life.

Leadership isn’t just about making people happy. It’s about step into your greatness and truly making an impact.

You see, I know this isn’t just my story. It’s probably your story too – in a different way. When life knock us down, it’s usually where we learn the best lessons. We get back up, and becoming a better version of ourselves.

Isn’t it precious?

As a coach, now I’m working with many amazing leaders navigating their leadership journey. I’m grateful that I can learn so much from them, too. And indeed, I can always reflect on my personal experiences. Being a leader is a blessing, but the work itself isn’t so easy. Sometimes you can’t just learn about it – you get to experience it.

That’s where having someone to support you in the leadership journey can be very valuable. Today, I help purpose-driven leaders on their leadership journey, so they can navigate challenges with grace and create impact they want.

I wish I had this kind of support. But I never regret my past, I learned so much from it, and now I have my own coach to help me with my journey. 😊

How about you? How is your leadership journey?

Do you sometimes feel like you could be doing more to make a difference? Or are you secretly struggling with self-doubt, insecurities, or impostor syndrome?

You are meant to thrive, not just survive.

I’ve got your back.

With love and light,
Inuk
