Last Saturday, I spent my day at the Project Mavens gathering. Our topic was all about abundance and collaboration—and as always, it was so full of deep insights and, most importantly, full of love! 💖
So anyway..
Recently, I decided to ban myself from saying one very popular phrase:
“…in this economy.”
Have you noticed how often this phrase pops up in casual conversations lately?
As you know, I’m not really on social media, and I’m very selective with my news consumption.
But even so, I kept hearing “in this economy” everywhere, usually tied to fear, hesitation, or scarcity. Like the world is collapsing… (oh my, even writing this down makes me anxious; I don’t like it).
It made me stop and reflect.
Words carry energy.
When we repeat phrases like that, we slowly adopt a negative outlook on the world. And the truth is: we filter the world based on our beliefs.
If we constantly look at life through the lens of scarcity, that’s all we will see.
I want to live freely and positively.
I really believe that abundance is something that is naturally flowing to us all the time, if we allow ourselves to see it.
So, I’m swapping out that old phrase for a new mantra this week:
“I trust my abundance is flowing effortlessly. I am thankful and grateful.”

How about you? What words or phrases are shaping your mindset lately?
My wish for you this week is that you catch yourself whenever scarcity sneaks into your vocabulary, and gently step back into trust and gratitude instead.
You are meant to thrive.
And if you ever need my support, I’m here for you.
I’ve got your back. ❤️
With love and gratitude,
Inuk
Final Thought
“Words carry energy. Choose the ones that expand your life, not shrink it“
