We just had some extra days off here in Indonesia, I spent most of my time with my family, which is really nice. Oh, my nephews and I watched The Sheep Detective, it was really good (and oh, Hugh Jackman!)… highly recommend! 🐏
I also decided to do something I’ve been wanting to do for a while: a massive tidying up and cleaning of my space.
I went through most of my stuff and divided my belongings into three simple categories: keep, donate, and throw.
As I sorted through the piles, I held each item and thanked it for the memories it gave me and the functions it served. It felt so respectful and sweet to say goodbye to things that way. 🙂
I remember years ago, I read a book called “Goodbye, Things” by Fumio Sasaki, and it completely changed my perspective. Ever since then, I’ve been a big fan of minimalism, though I don’t label myself as one.
I just love the philosophy behind it, being mindful of what we own and learning how not to get too attached to physical things. I’m trying my best to be really conscious of my possessions; everything has a purpose.
When I finally finished and looked around at the open space I had created, it felt amazing.
The clearer the space, the clearer my mind.
It made me realize that decluttering isn’t just about being organized or mindful. It’s actually a powerful way of telling the universe that you are ready.
By letting go of the old, you are actively creating space for more good things to come into your life.
My mantra for the week is simple: “I allow good things to come into my life.”

How about you? When was the last time you cleared out your space, whether it’s your room, your desk, or even your mind?
My wish for you this week is that you find the courage to let go of what you no longer need, so you can make room for what’s coming next.
You are meant to thrive.
And if you ever need my support, I’m here for you.
I’ve got your back. ❤️
With love and gratitude,
Inuk
